1. What Outbidr is
Outbidr operates a public leaderboard. Placement is determined solely by the cumulative amount of confirmed payments attached to a listing. Higher total ranks higher; ties are broken by the most recent confirmed payment.
2. What you are buying
You are buying placement on this leaderboard only. We make no promise regarding traffic, impressions, clicks, leads, sales, revenue, search rankings or any other outcome. Your position can change at any time when others bid.
3. Eligibility and accuracy
You must be legally able to enter this agreement and must have the right to promote the website you submit. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing name, description and destination URL.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. A bid affects ranking only after our payment processor confirms it. Chargebacks may result in removal of the corresponding amount and the listing.
5. Removal
We may edit, suspend or remove any listing that violates our acceptable use rules, is reported and found to breach them, or exposes us to legal risk. Removal for a violation does not entitle you to a refund.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days before the claim.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
