Acceptable Use Policy

Not allowed

• Malware, phishing, credential harvesting or drive-by downloads.
• Scams, fake investment schemes, pyramid or matrix schemes.
• Adult or sexually explicit content.
• Content that is illegal in the jurisdictions we operate in.
• Impersonating a brand, person or organisation you do not represent.
• Hate speech, harassment or content promoting violence.
• Cloaking: showing a different destination to us than to visitors.
• Parked, expired or non-functional domains.

Listing quality

Names and descriptions must be plain text, free of misleading rank claims, and must not imitate Outbidr's own interface elements or badges.

Enforcement

Listings are reviewed and can be removed at any time. Removal for a violation is without refund. Repeat violations result in a permanent domain ban.

Reporting

Anyone can report a listing. Reports are reviewed by a human and reporter details are never shared with the listing owner.
